All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your major appliances order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping method: Currently suppliers can choose from the following express shipping options: DHL, FedEx, USPS, ePacket.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
8 – 20 business days (It may take longer during the holiday seasons and excludes the processing time)
You can find tracking information in your order details or have it sent directly to your mobile phone.
Your Orderpage: If the tracking information is available, you can track your package via the Your Order page. The shipping method for your package will be listed in your account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail.
